How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply head to your Account page to manage your subscription, or go directly to your subscription settings page.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! Click “Pause Subscription” under your subscription settings.
How do I set up my Insider podcast feed?
Go to your Account page and select “Set up” under the Insider podcast and follow the steps.

I’m already a member of CAFE Insider or Apple Audio Pass. Do I need to pay for a Substack subscription?
No. Each membership (CAFE Insider, Apple Audio Pass, or a paid Substack subscription) gives you access to the weekly Insider podcast, so there's no need to pay twice.
If you've accidentally signed up for a Substack membership while already a CAFE Insider, email us at insider@cafe.com and we'll help resolve any duplicate charges.
