Since the Rico charge was found not guilty, what is the likelihood that on appeal that the two charges Diddy was found guilty on be dismissed due to the fact the Government was able to introduce evidence that normally would not have been able to be presented to a jury was admitted. Of course, If those acts occurred beyond normal statute of limitations.

Looking forward to hearing your comments, especially if you believe that the prosecution overreached in bringing the RICO count.

Any thoughts regarding why prosecution did not or was not able to have any other members of the “enterprise” testify?

July 4th

We shoot spectacular rockets into the sky

because once a bunch of gentrified men

in powdered wigs and buckled shoes

got tired of bowing to a king across the ocean.

They began our independence.

Thirteen colonies—already rich

already running the land with slave labor

already printing money and making deals—

stood up and said

No more kings.

They declared their independence

not just from England

but from monarchy

from feudal rule

from the long, bony fingers of empire.

Jefferson wrote it down—

“all men are created equal”—

but what he meant was

all men like me,

men with land, money, libraries,

and ownership over other people’s bodies.

We were taught to revere that line

engrave it into our history books

tattoo it on marble

pretend it included all of us

even when it didn’t.

The truth is

the Declaration changed the world

and still

it’s unfinished.

We’re still trying to catch up to the promise.

Still trying to stretch “equality” wide enough

to hold everybody.

Some fear equality.

Of course they do.

Because equality means sharing.

It means giving up the illusion of being better.

It means the old systems get torn down,

and the new ones don’t have a king at the top.

But deep down

we all know

equality under the law is the only fair way to live.

The only way that feels like truth.

The only way that doesn’t rot.

So yeah—

let’s light the fireworks

let’s eat and laugh

and chase the ghosts away with bottle rockets

and burnt hot dogs

and loud songs we all half-remember.

Let’s celebrate freedom

as an aspiration,

not a finished thing.

Because independence is a beginning.

And equality—

Equality is the destination.

Well I actually wanted to know if you knew about The "Permanent Peoples' Tribunal on Gaza"? On June 19th, after the second public hearing, (first heg. in May) the judges determined that Israel and Netanyahu are committing the genocide of the Palestinian people. They also indicated that U.S. President Trump is financially and provide help Israel to commit genocide of the Palestinian people. U.S. Congress who vote and distribute financial help to Israel are also responsible for the genocide of the Palestinian people.

Trump was also declared as escalating destabilization, with Netanyahu's influence in the Middle East and the PPT want that to be stopped.

This will go the ICJ.

WHAT HAS TO HAPPEN FOR THIS GENOCIDE TO STOP?

Netanyahu is coming to White House this coming week for more $ begging. But now we know that the PPT has findings.

Prediction: Sean Diddy Combs will get bail pending sentencing and that bail will be continued pending appeal. (1) There’s a substantial question of law likely to result in reversal or a new trial, as required under 18 U.S.C. § 3143(b)(1)(B). (2) He is not a flight risk, now that the threat of a life sentence is off the table. (3) He has already served a significant amount of pretrial detention, mitigating public safety concerns and suggesting he's not a danger or a fugitive risk. (4) The case raises appealable legal errors, especially if they pertain to jury instructions, admissibility of key evidence, or denial of certain constitutional protections (e.g., confrontation clause or due process issues). (5) With “Life” off the table, continued detention could be argued as punitive rather than regulatory—which violates United States v. Salerno, 481 U.S. 739 (1987). The foregoing is especially true with a clean pretrial record and no misconduct during his year-long pre-trial detention. If bail pending appeal is denied, that decision is separately appealable. If Combs does receive a term of imprisonment beyond what he has already served, it is likely that he will not begin serving any “balance due” until early 2027. This assumes all of his appellate efforts fail, which they usually do.

Sorry, I skip the live sessions because of streaming issues. The recordings come through fine, but live sessions are hard to listen to.
